  • How much I can borrow?
    • The loan amount will be set individually, it will depend on your family income and the value of your pledged asset. The maximum loan amount is up to EUR 30000
    • Loans are extended in Euro
    • Mortgage loans are provided to private individuals over 21 years of age

  • Interest and maturity

    Loan interest rates are determined on an individual basis. The interest rate consists of the bank's interest margin and the inter-bank floating (variable) or fixed interest rate.

    You can choose a variable rate or a fixed rate loan:

    • If you choose a variable interest rate, it will change every 6, 12 months throughout the term of the loan agreement depending on changes to the selected inter-bank interest rate –EURIBOR
    • If you choose a fixed interest rate, it will be fixed for all term of the loan. You will be guaranteed that your monthly payments will not change

    The term of the loan may never exceed 15 years.

  • Loan repayment

    You can repay a loan by the:

    • Linear method – the loan is repaid in equal parts and interest is calculated on the remaining loan balance, thus repayments to the bank gradually decrease each month
    • Annuity method – equal amounts are repaid each month consisting of loan repayments and monthly interest

    • Filled out application to receive a loan
    • Personal identity documents: your and your spouse's/guarantor's passports or personal identity cards
    • Documents proving your income: detailed statements from your place of employment on received income, income declarations, if the income must be declared as established by the laws, and other documents proving your income (to be presented only when the income is not presented in the SoDra database)
    • A property assessment report of the property assessors acceptable for the bank

  • Property insurance

    The property that you pledge to the bank, except from land, must be insured by property insurance.

The obligation to refund the credit is ensured with real estate mortgage (hypothec). In case of failing to perform the obligations undertaken as per the credit agreement you risk to lose your ownership rights to the mortgaged real estate.
