<FuturePros> is our annual career (re)start programme for students, graduates, and reskilled specialists. Application period will be open March 2025.

FuturePros is a paid one-year commitment for your development where you will obtain hands-on experience for a career (re)start. No matter how far you are in the journey, we are ready to guide you and put your skills into practice. Former work experience is not required, and you can continue your studies as we offer flexible schedule with various trainings, networking and community events.

Since 2019, we welcomed more than 300 talents and this year we are ready to grow the community further. If you are into IT, software engineering, data science, analytics, risk management, finance, business management - this opportunity is designed for you.

Long-term commitment for your development – a one year temporary contract with the possibility to be offered a permanent position in the same or different team.

In Danske Bank, we embrace flexible work by combining work in the office with work from home. We offer a one-off cash allowance for colleagues to upgrade their home office.

Selection process

1) Application & Homework

Candidates have to submit the application (contact details, CV in English) to the chosen career track via Danske Bank career site.
Depending on the role, candidates will have to complete the assigned homework task.
2) Assessment day
Selected candidates will be invited to the FuturePros Assessment day, which is a half-day event allowing us to get to know you better. In addition, you will meet your future leader and the team.
3) Interview
After the Assessment Day, the final candidates will be invited to the interviews with the hiring managers.

The foundations for the chosen profile

We do not require work experience and the key thing for you to bring is the knowledge you have obtained at your higher education institution, coding school courses or individual studies.

B2 level of English for daily communication

By joining <FuturePros>, you will become a part of international teams where colleagues from across the globe collaborate, therefore, English is our primary work language.
