About us

Danske Bank is Denmark’s largest financial institution and a significant player in the Nordic region, serving over 2.5 million customers across personal, business, and corporate segments. Operating in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Northern Ireland, the bank offers a comprehensive range of financial services tailored to meet the needs of each market.

Danske Bank Lithuania has grown from a small local operations branch acquired in 2006 into the Danske Bank’s second-largest site and a key part of its global operations. Today, it employs over 4,800 professionals who contribute to diverse areas such as IT, risk management, compliance, HR, and customer service, with English as the primary working language and Nordic languages used for customer-facing roles.

Although we do not provide banking services in Lithuania, the site has become a strategic hub for delivering complex, high-value work across the organisation. Meanwhile, in Lithuania we are one of the largest employers, valued for the opportunity to work in global teams, on interesting projects, our internal culture, care for employees and growth opportunities.
