Following the decision of Danske Bank A/S to terminate banking activities in the Baltic States, Danske Bank A/S Lithuania Branch is gradually optimizing its customer service.
Please be informed of the expected changes in the Bank's customer service by phone as of 1 October:

  • We will serve the Bank’s customers calling from Lithuania and abroad by phone no. +370 521 56666;
  • Starting from 1 October, the Bank’s short phone number 1636 will no longer be used; 
  • Working hours of the Bank’s customer contact centre will change to 08:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m, Monday to Friday.

Other common channels of communication with the Bank, such as Danske eBank messages or info@danskebank.lt, remain unchanged.
