<FuturePros> is our annual career (re)start programme for students, graduates, and reskilled specialists.
Applications for the 2026 autumn round will be open from 1 to 13 September.
FuturePros is a paid one-year commitment for your development where you will obtain hands-on experience for a career (re)start. No matter how far you are in the journey, we are ready to guide you and put your skills into practice. Former work experience is not required, and you can continue your studies as we offer flexible schedule with various trainings, networking and community events.
Since 2019, we welcomed more than 400 talents and this year we are ready to grow the community further. If you are into IT software engineering, or data engineering and analytics- this opportunity is designed for you.

Candidates have to submit the application (contact details, CV in English) to the chosen career track via Danske Bank career site. Please note, that the tracks will be visible during FuturePros hiring period only.
Depending on the role, candidates will have to complete the assigned homework task.
2) Assessment day
Selected candidates will be invited to the FuturePros Assessment day, which is a half-day event allowing us to get to know you better. In addition, you will meet your future leader and the team.
3) Interview
After the Assessment Day, the final candidates will be invited to the interviews with the hiring managers.
