Please be informed that starting from 4 May 2020 a new version of the Standard terms and conditions of the Electronic Services Agreement will take effect.
The new version describes simplified functionality of Danske eBank. Clauses related to Danske Telephone Bank and Danske SMS notification were removed. Also, payments-related services will no longer be on Danske eBank; thus clauses related to payments, payment instruments, limits, account management rights etc. were removed.
Starting from 1 June 2020, a new version of the Standard terms and conditions of the Security Elements Agreement will take effect.
The new version describes simplified use of Security Elements on Danske eBank. Clauses related to Danske Telephone Bank, Danske SMS notification, payment initiation services were removed.

In both of the abovementioned Standard terms and conditions, notification terms of Bank’s unilateral amendment of the Standard terms and conditions and termination of the agreement were changed to 1 month.

If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to terminate the respective agreement immediately, performing all contractual obligations beforehand.
