Please be informed about upcoming changes in Danske Bank services during December 2018.
Remote customer service
On the 21st December 2018 Danske Bank Saltoniškių business centre will be closed. From this date, we will provide customer services remotely – via Danske eBank and tel. 1636. Should you need to schedule an appointment with a relationship manager, you will be able to do it by calling 1636.
No cash operations
Starting from the 21st December 2018, the Bank will no longer provide services related to cash operations in the business centre.
Limited foreign currency operations
Due to closing of the Saltoniskiu business centre, Danske Bank reserves the right to restrict or not to provide services related to foreign currency operations even before the 21st December 2018.
Changes in the Banks’ working hours during Holidays
Domestic/EU payments and periodic payments will not be executed on the 22nd – 26th of December and on the 1st of January 2019.
In order to complete a Domestic/EU payment before Christmas, you must complete it by the 21st December, 16:30 the latest. Otherwise, money will be credited only on the next business day, i.e. the 27th December 2018.
To make a Domestic/EU payment before the New Year, you must complete it by the 31st December, 16:30. Otherwise, money will be credited on the 2nd of January 2019.
Payment orders within the Bank, debit and credit card payments, cash withdrawal at ATMs and “Perlas” terminals will work as usual during the Holiday period.
