The changes mainly consider:

• conditions for terminating the agreement and holding the financial instruments after termination;
• customer’s right to receive investment account statements more frequently;
• the bank’s right to refuse providing investment advice;
• communication channels.

The new Terms and Conditions of Agreement on Investment Services will take effect automatically on 9^th November 2018. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to terminate the Agreement on Investment Services immediately, performing all contractual obligations beforehand.
