Amendments to Standard Terms and Conditions of the Electronic Services Agreement
Please be informed that as of 12 November 2018 new version of the Standard Terms and Conditions of the Electronic Services Agreement will take effect.
The changes mainly consider:
Eliminated the customer's obligation to have an account in order to conclude the agreement;
Amended definition of “User”;
Specified is the customer’s obligation to inform the user about the terms and conditions of the Agreement, inter alia, about amendments to and expiry of the agreement and/or user rights (clause 3.2.3);
The Bank’s right to terminate the agreement or,if it is technically possible, provide the limited functionality of Danske eBank, when all customer´s current accounts are closed (clause 7.5).
The new Standard Terms and Conditions of the Electronic Services Agreement will take effect automatically on 12 November 2018. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to terminate the Electronic Services Agreement immediately, performing all contractual obligations beforehand.
