Please be informed that as of 2 February 2019 Danske Bank will decommission Danske mBank and you will no longer be able to use Danske mBank.
Therefore as of 2 February 2019 new version of the Standard terms and conditions of the Electronic Services Agreement and new version of the Standard terms and conditions of the Security Elements Agreement will take effect.
The changes mainly consider:
Eliminated the clauses related to Danske mBank;
Amended definition of the “Agreement” in the Standard terms and conditions of the Electronic Services Agreement.
The new Standard terms and conditions of the Electronic Services Agreement and the new Standard terms and conditions of the Security Elements Agreement will take effect automatically on 2 February 2019. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to terminate the Electronic Services Agreement and the Security Elements Agreement immediately, performing all contractual obligations beforehand.
