Amendments to Standard terms and conditions of the Security Elements Agreement as of 19 December 2018
Starting from 19 December 2018 new version of the Standard terms and conditions of the Security Elements Agreement will take effect.
The terms of automatic expiry of the Security Elements Agreement have been added into the Standard terms and conditions under clause 7.5.
The new Standard terms and conditions of the Security Elements Agreement will take effect automatically on 19 December 2018. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to terminate the Security Elements Agreement immediately, performing all contractual obligations beforehand.
