Adjustments to General Conditions and to Privacy Notice will be applied from 27 October 2018
Please be informed that from 27 October 2018 new version of the General Conditions and its appendix - Danske Bank Privacy Notice - will take effect.
As announced earlier, Danske Bank A/S Lithuania branch focuses exclusively on supporting subsidiaries of Nordic customers and global corporates with a significant Nordic footprint and the respective adjustments according to this strategy will be made to the General Conditions.
We draw also your attention that a new provision concerning operations made by customer with the dual-use goods will come into force as well as Danske Bank Data Protection Officer´s contact data will be updated in Danske Bank Privacy Notice.
The new General Conditions and its appendix - Danske Bank Privacy Notice - will take effect automatically on 27 October 2018. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to cancel the contract(s) entered into with the bank immediately, performing all contractual obligations beforehand.
